RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and manage marketing leads on day-to-day basis
• Manage the creation of and review/refinement of financial models and related analysis
• Draft pitch books, marketing presentations and other various reports
• Manage and train analyst resources
• Work with senior bankers to assist with their ongoing business development efforts
• Work with senior bankers to develop comprehensive marketing strategies

**Note** Associates are integral members of the marketing team and are expected to be active participants during marketing meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate development/strategic planning, corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital or private equity
• MBA or CFA preferred
• Experience in industries including food, retail/consumer, financial services, distribution, energy/chemicals, bio-tech/pharma, healthcare, manufacturing and info tech is helpful
• Strong financial modeling, finance, and accounting skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Results oriented, self-motivated, proactive work habits
• Strong data analysis skills
• Team oriented, with positive outlook
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to travel internationally
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while corresponding with different levels of management
• Strong desire to learn/grow in this position while showing ability to adapt to a unique system/process in managing deals
