RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze company financial positions across a broad range of industries and regions
• Prepare Transaction/Deal Comps
• Perform comparable company analysis
• Financially qualify companies and analyze ability to perform acquisitions and divestitures
• Prepare pitch books, presentation books and client presentations
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare materials for calls to potential clients/actual clients
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies
• Assist in the identification of potential marketing leads
• Perform industry multiple analysis (multiples for valuation of businesses)
• Periodically perform various financial modeling
• Support due diligence efforts by working directly with internal management teams
• Work with senior bankers to assist with their ongoing business development efforts

**Note** Analysts are integral members of the marketing department and every deal team. Analysts are expected to be active participants in the deal process and the marketing department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business (minimum GPA 3.0)
• Previous relevant work experience in financial modeling, finance, and accounting preferred
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented, self-motivated, proactive work habits with strong data analysis skills
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Client focused and team oriented, with positive outlook
• Flexibility to provide support to multiple teams at one time
• Strong desire to learn/grow while showing ability to adapt to a unique system/process
